About Kim
“Walking with Kim” was founded in 2009 by Jill and her daughter Kim Miller. Jill runs the business and Kim walks the dogs. Kim has been a professional dog walker since 2003 when she graduated from Souderton High School. She worked for six years at Molly’s Run Kennel (Lansdale) and then Jill and Kim started their own business.
At $12/visit, we are one of the most affordable dog walking services in Bucks and Montgomery County. Our particular niche is walking dogs during the week (Monday through Friday) when people are at work. We keep the price as low as possible because many of our customers use us year around.
Kim is accompanied by a skilled dog walking aide who helps Kim with management or fine motor tasks which can be occasionally challenging for Kim. Kim’s principal aide, Deb, is a dog lover and dog owner who is very attentive to our client’s needs. Kim’s aides also drive her from house to house.
When we visit a home, we customize our care for what the owner wants—feeding, walking, playing and free hugs! Each walk is 15-25 minutes long. We spend an average of 35 minutes at each home. We leave a note in the small notebook we give each customer.
Kim absolutely loves dogs—and dogs and their owners love her back. Her autism makes Kim particularly affectionate with dogs. Many of our customers testify how much Kim means to their dogs.
